Our products are backed by a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within 7 days of receiving it, you are eligible for a return, exchange, or refund.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund, please ensure the  following:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as you received it.
  • It must be in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • The product can only be replaced if you received the defective product in the wrong color or size.

Simply log in to your account, navigate to your order history, and select the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.Continue with the steps to complete the process. 

Note: For any order, if you apply for an exchange or return more than once, INR 75 will be charged for shipping, which is payable at the time of delivery.



Refunds: Refunds are processed automatically for eligible returns. Once your return is approved and received, your refund will be initiated through your original method of payment.

Exclusions Please note that certain items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund, including:

● Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
● Innerwear that has been removed from its original packaging and tags.
● Items purchased as part of a promotional offer or final sale Non-Returnable Item:

Women's innerwear cannot be returned. If you receive a defective product, it can only be exchanged for a replacement.
